  • What are your business hours?
    BBT operates Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST. We are closed on weekends, and all major holidays. However, if you need your services delivered ASAP please order express services.
  • How long is processing time?
    All services listed have different processing times. Please read the descriptions for each service that you purchase.
  • I've waited the suggested processing time,but I have not received my product. What should I do?"
    Every service listed on BBT website has specific instructions for clients to follow. In bold it is written "Time Frame Begins when ALL information is submitted via email" If you do not follow instructions there is a chance that your services will be delayed. BBT can not start your services without having all of the required information needed.If you forgot to email us your required info, please do so ASAP. Please type your order number & original due date in the subject line. Please feel free to provide your cell phone number in the email as well. We will be sure to contact you ASAP.
  • My order has shipped, but I changed my mind about the design. Can you fix it?"
    BBT provides revisions for each service provided. Once revisons are approved by client printing begins. So, unfortunately at that point no changes can be made. However, you can place a new order at a discounted price.
  • I no longer need services, can I cancel my order?"
    If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so. However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The only exception is for WEB-DESIGN PACKAGES. We will offer store credit, under some circumstances. If you believe you qualify for store credit, please contact us: info@bbtgraphics.com
  • If I'm not able to keep up with my website on my own, do you provide add on services for updated products etc.?"
    Yes, BBT can update your website for you on a weekly basis for a small fee. Please select "Book Appointment" on the menu bar, and book Product or Services Add On.
